From Talk to Reality: Free, In-House Business Briefings

This series of 6 two-hour workshops for all employees aims to raise awareness of stress and the impact on performance and mental health, if left untreated. It covers the benefits of developing a resilient mindset and provides a toolkit of practical, powerful coping techniques. These are easy to use on a day to day basis to monitor and manage stress thus developing our resilience to challenge and change.
Building Resilience Together
The modern day workplace can feel like a battlefield at times. Many organisations are merging or consolidating their businesses and most are challenging employees to adapt to new ways of working. High work volumes and fast-changing business processes are commonplace. As a result many organisations are reporting higher levels of absence, with stress being one of the top reasons, particularly in cases of long term absence. Locally, improving mental health and treating mental illness are two of our biggest health care challenges in Jersey.

Her Talent - A Personal Development Programme for Working Women
TDN are proud to launch our unique programme to support working women of all backgrounds with career development and wellbeing.
In our fast-changing and increasingly uncertain business landscape, the most successful businesses will be those with a greater diversity of talent at all levels. However, there is much evidence to demonstrate that women face specific barriers and challenges in terms of both career progression and managing the balance between work and domestic responsibilities, that most of their male colleagues do not.

Why are diversity, inclusion and belonging at work so important?
