About TDN
The Diversity Network - Jersey (TDN) is a movement for cultural change in the workplace and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion consultancy with high aspirations and a not-for-profit ethos. As well as bringing something new and different to business networking in Jersey, we see working with local employers to promote and enable diversity and innovative working practices as core to our purpose.
TDN offers networking opportunities for business people at all levels of their career keen to share ideas within a supportive, forward thinking group of people - whether this be through attendance at our networking events and workshops, sharing good practice and success stories or by getting involved in cross-business working groups, campaigns and community projects.
Through sharing innovative practices in diversity, success stories and thought leadership TDN also aims to help businesses unlock some of their most difficult business issues, such as finding and keeping the best people, managing ethically, engaging the whole workforce, enabling innovative thinking, maintaining a competitive edge, effective collaboration and decision making.
To support TDN's aims in the business community around enabling greater diversity, equity and inclusion and developing innovative business solutions, in 2019 Sam and Kate established the TDN Academy through which they are able to offer high quality consultancy and Learning and Development support - through both public and 'off the peg' courses to bespoke solutions.
