The Diversity Network is movement for cultural change in the workplace, providing business networking, advice and consultancy, and community campaigns for positive cultural change that we can all be a part of.  With high aspirations and a not-for-profit ethos, we work with employers and collaborators across the community to promote and enable diversity, inclusive cultures and equitable working practices in the Channel Islands and beyond.

Our aims

Measuring success: To help employers to show progress in diversity and how it positively contributes to the bottom line

Thought leadership: To provide a platform for sharing innovative ideas and working practices to improve diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace and across local communities

Practical support: Advice, awareness training, facilitation & coaching for leaders and organisations seeking to create a more diverse, equitable and inclusive culture

Personal development: To provide networking, learning and mentoring opportunities to help realise the potential of the diverse talent in Jersey
